How do I book a session?

How much does it cost?

Skype consultations are charged at £150+VAT per hour, payable by credit card.
We charge for 1-hour minimum, and thereafter in 15-minute increments.

We want our clients to be 100% satisfied with our service. If you feel that the consultation is not meeting your needs please raise it immediately with the consultant.

If we aren’t able to help you, we don’t want to charge you.

What if I don't feel the consultation is working for me?

Can I choose which consultant I'll work with?

We’ll offer you a choice of the consultants available at the time.

Do I have to have a video connection?

We can still help you via an audio only connection, but video is better, especially if you want to share any visuals.

How much notice is required to set up a session?

As much as you’re able to give. We prefer to operate during normal UK office hours (09:00 GMT to 17:00 GMT) but we’ll try to accommodate your schedule needs wherever possible.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments will be taken in British Pounds (GBP)
